Loic Remy scored the third goal in the 3-0 humiliation of Tottenham at the bridge last night…
Oh My God!
Liverpool’s decision not to sign Loic Remy when they had the chance in the summer looks like it is already coming back to haunt them.
Remy had a medical with Liverpool before the Reds pulled the plug on the transfer, by claiming he failed his medicals. He ended up signing for rivals Chelsea.
And in just 170 minutes of action this term, he’s already matched all four of Liverpool’s current strikers, including £16million signing Mario Balotelli, in the Premier League.
The Frenchman’s latest goal came in the victory against Tottenham last night, making it two strikes in the league, the same as Balotelli, Rickie Lambert, Fabio Borini and Daniel Sturridge have managed, despite the fact they have played 1567 minutes between them.
