Fernando Torres is apparently set for a shock return to Chelsea in January with AC Milan ready to cut-short his loan spell at the club.
Torres joined Milan on a two-year loan deal in the summer, which would take him up to the end of his Blues contract.
But while many thought they’d seen the last of the Spanish striker at Stamford Bridge, reports say Milan are planning to send him back in the new year.
The Serie A club are said to be unhappy with his poor performances and are already eying two forwards, including Arsenal’s Joel Campbell, as replacements.
Bad luck, Chelsea.
